Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Tabwoo Institute LLC, doing business as Weird Muse ("we," "us"), collects through the App Your Magic pages and the Magic App Conjurer, why, and what you can do about it. Questions? Email lexi@lexidangelo.com.

What we collect

Things you give us: your name and email when you join a list, buy or log in; the answers, blueprint, brand choices, invitation and feedback you type into the Magic App Conjurer; and anything you send us by email or DM.
Purchase details: when you buy, our checkout provider (ThriveCart, with payments handled by Stripe or PayPal) processes your payment. We see your name, email, what you bought and the amount. We never see or store your full card number.
Basic technical info: like most websites, our hosting provider may log things like your IP address, browser and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

To give you access to what you bought and save your progress in the Conjurer
To send you the emails you signed up for, including your login, course emails and occasional offers (you can unsubscribe from any email at any time)
To answer your questions and support you
To improve the course and the Conjurer
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

AI

Some Conjurer steps send what you type to an AI service (currently Claude, made by Anthropic) to generate ideas, blueprints, invitations and fix plans. Please don't enter your clients' names, health details or other private information, payment-card data, government ID numbers or passwords.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, for the purposes above:

ThriveCart, Stripe and PayPal (checkout and payments)
Flodesk (email)
Netlify (website hosting, forms and saved Conjurer progress)
Anthropic, through Netlify (AI features in the Conjurer)
Google Workspace (email and business documents)

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and Conjurer data for as long as we offer the course to you, and purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us and we'll delete what we don't need to keep.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing lexi@lexidangelo.com. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, and we'll honor them.

Cookies

These pages don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our checkout and hosting providers may use cookies that are needed for the site and checkout to work.

Children

This course is for adults running a business. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Big changes will be shared by email.
