Terms Version: October 29, 2026
These Terms (the "Agreement") are offered by Tabwoo Institute LLC, doing business as Weird Muse ("Provider"). "Client" means the person or legal entity named as the customer in the checkout record for App Your Magic. If an individual accepts this Agreement for an entity, that individual confirms they have authority to bind it.
This Agreement takes effect when Client checks the agreement box and submits the order (the "Effective Date"). The checkout page, order summary and payment receipt together make up the "Order." The Order shows the price paid and any add-on, such as the 1:1 session. This Agreement and the Order form one contract.
App Your Magic (the "Course") is a self-paced, recorded course for building a small client-facing app (a "magic app") in Claude with zero code, from idea to live link. It includes:
Beta. The Course is in beta. Provider may update, re-record, reorder, add or remove lessons, prompts and builder features to make it better. Any time estimate, including "up and running in about 2 hours," is an estimate based on testing and is not a guarantee.
Not included. Unless the Order says otherwise, the Course does not include done-for-you app building, design, copywriting, tech setup in Client's accounts, hosting, a custom domain, ongoing support or a review of Client's app.
Client signs in to the members area with her email and the access code in her receipt. The code is personal: Client may not share it or her login with anyone else. Provider may change the code and will tell buyers how to get in.
Client keeps access for as long as Provider offers the Course. Client may download the prompt kit, Build Pack, Brand Card and other downloads at any time while she has access and keep them for her own use under Section 7. If Provider ever closes the Course, Provider will give at least 30 days' notice by email so Client can download anything she wants to keep.
Provider may suspend access for sharing the login or code, a chargeback, or misuse of the builder.
If Client adds the 60-minute 1:1 session at checkout, Client books it through the link Provider sends after purchase. The session must be booked and held within 30 days of purchase; if it is not, it expires and does not create a refund or credit. Client may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' written notice. A late cancellation or missed session may be treated as used. Session times are confirmed in Eastern time (ET).
The price is shown at checkout and confirmed in the Order. Beta and promotional pricing is time-sensitive and set by the checkout price in effect when the Order is submitted. Client is responsible for applicable taxes.
Client agrees to contact Provider about any billing concern before starting a chargeback.
Because the Course is digital and Client gets immediate access to everything, all sales are final and there are no refunds, including for the 1:1 session add-on. Please decide before purchasing that this is right for you.
To build and publish an app, Client needs her own paid Claude plan and her own Netlify account (free plan available). Client is responsible for those accounts, their settings, subscriptions and any usage costs, including costs if Client chooses to build a live AI app that calls an AI service each time someone uses it.
Provider does not control Claude, Netlify or any other third-party tool and is not responsible for their availability, changes, pricing, data practices or output. Steps shown in the Course may change when those tools change.
Client's app is Client's. Client owns her app, her method, her blueprint, her Brand Card, her invitation and everything she creates for her own business with the Course.
Provider's materials stay Provider's. Provider keeps all rights in the Course, including the videos, the Magic App Conjurer and its logic, the prompt kit, the starter looks, the Build Pack and Project kit templates, the Magic App Apothecary, and the Weird Muse name and brand (together, "Provider Materials"). No Provider Materials are sold or assigned to Client.
License: your own business only. Provider grants Client a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Provider Materials to build and update apps for her own business only. Client may not use the Provider Materials, or what she learns in the Course, to build apps for other people or businesses, including as a paid service. Client may not share, resell, teach, repackage or publish the Provider Materials (including the prompt kit), or use them to create a competing course or builder, without Provider's written permission.
Client is responsible for her app and how she uses it, including:
Apps built the standard way in the Course save her users' answers only on their own device. If Client changes her app to collect or send data elsewhere, she is responsible for that.
What's saved. The Magic App Conjurer saves what Client types into it (her answers, blueprint, brand choices and invitation) and her progress, so she can come back later and so Provider can help and improve the Course. Provider can see this on a private page. It is never made public or shared outside Provider's business without Client's yes.
AI. Some builder steps send Client's answers to an AI service (currently Claude) to generate ideas, blueprints, invitations and fix plans. Where a tool offers the option, Provider keeps settings that stop Client information from being used to train AI models. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so Client reviews and edits everything before using it. No technology is perfectly secure, and neither Party guarantees absolute security.
What not to enter. Client agrees not to enter her clients' names, health details or other private information, payment-card data, government ID numbers or passwords into the builder or feedback forms.
The build itself (pasting the Build Pack into Claude) happens in Client's own Claude account, which Provider cannot see.
Apothecary. If Client submits her app to the Magic App Apothecary, she gives Provider permission to show its name, link, a screenshot and a short description in the Apothecary and in Provider's content about the Course. Client can ask Provider to remove it at any time by email, and Provider will remove it from places it controls within a reasonable time.
Feedback. Provider may use beta feedback to improve the Course. Provider will share Client's words, name or app publicly only with Client's permission, given on the feedback form or in writing.
The Course is education. Provider is not a lawyer, accountant, therapist, developer or other licensed professional, and nothing in the Course is legal, financial, medical, mental-health or technical-support advice. Results, examples and time estimates are individual and not guaranteed. Provider does not guarantee that Client's app will bring in clients, sales or any particular outcome.
Except for the express commitments in this Agreement, the Course and the Magic App Conjurer are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, neither Party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or lost profits, revenue or data. Provider's total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the amount Client actually paid. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to fraud or willful misconduct.
Client will indemnify and hold harmless Provider and its owners, employees and contractors from third-party claims arising from Client's app, its content or its users, or Client's breach of this Agreement, except to the extent caused by Provider's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Before filing a claim, the Parties will try in good faith for at least 15 days to resolve the dispute through direct written discussion. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts in Boston, Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction. A Party may seek injunctive relief when needed to protect intellectual property.
Formal notices go by email: to Provider at lexi@lexidangelo.com, and to Client at the email address on the Order.
This Agreement and the Order are the entire agreement about the Course. If they conflict, the Order controls for the price and add-ons, and this Agreement controls for everything else. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be changed to the minimum extent needed and the rest stays in effect. Client may not transfer her purchase or this Agreement. A revised version of these terms does not change an Order already accepted unless both Parties agree in writing. Any credit or discount toward another Weird Muse offer applies only as stated in the Order or in Provider's written offer.
By checking the required agreement box and submitting the Order, Client confirms that Client (a) had the chance to open, read, save and print this Agreement before purchase; (b) agrees to be legally bound by it and the Order; (c) understands the all-sales-final, access, ownership, data and AI provisions; and (d) authorizes the charge. Checking the box is Client's electronic signature.
